The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and the invoice.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Products that show physical damage or signs of use.
Accessories such as screen guards, earphones, chargers (if opened or used).
Items purchased under flash sale, clearance, or promotional offers, unless damaged or faulty.
Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).
Once the item is received, our team will conduct a quality check.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If it’s of lower value, the balance will be refunded as per our refund policy.
Products must be returned in original condition to be eligible.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
